Directions from Stornoway ferry to Leumadair Guest House From ferry terminal entrance, turn left onto Shell Street, then proceed to the first roundabout. Go straight across onto South Beach Street following road round through town until you come to 2nd roundabout. Go straight across. Then take first left onto Willow-glen road, at T-junction turn left, you are now on the A859 to Tarbert, at the Leurbost filling station turn right, following the signs for the Callanish Stones. You are now 10 miles from us, on the A858 pass through Gearraidh- na-h-Aibhne. Bypass the signs for the Callanish Stones and continue down the A858. Traveling to Lewis is easy with the choice of driving through some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland to get a ferry from either Skye, or Ullapool. It isn't unusual to see whales and dolphins from the ferries, so keep an eye out! The islands of Lewis and Harris are land bridged so you can drive from Tarbert in Harris to Leumadair Guest House it takes less than an hour, but why rush? By air to Stornoway Airport: Flybe operate flights to/from Stornoway, Barra, Benbecula, Inverness, Glasgow, London and many other destinations.
